How to Move Beyond Overwhelm

Long to-do lists, financial concerns, and worrying about the future all add to the stresses of daily life. Pile on top of that violent media/movies, relationship issues, financial strain, feeling alone, environmental stressors, poor diet and sleep deprivation, then you have a recipe for overwhelm.

When you feel unsupported or unable to cope, you can become paralyzed, lacking trust in your abilities or decisions. The solution is to get your energy flowing again and re-establish a more solid foundation.
