How to De-Stress

Sept 2016

According to spiritual teacher Matt Kahn, stress is often perceived as:
'What I FEEL, due to what other people DO' or
'I feel the way I do because of how other people behave.'

However, he explains,if this is your perception you have (temporarily) lost your 'spiritual freedom' - you can't be free if your experience is caused by other people, and STRESS is the result of feeling restrained.

TO BECOME UN-STRESSED YOU NEED TO BECOME FREE

If you could pass your concerns over to someone else to deal with, you could go and do something else instead.  Wouldn't that feel good?  But instead, we choose to believe things like 'I must find the answer', 'I have to solve this' - and we get stressed trying to figure things out.

IF WORRY COULD SOLVE A PROBLEM - WE'D HAVE NO PROBLEMS

Think about it ... our default, when things get tough, is to stress and worry about it, yet that action NEVER solves it.  Einstein taught us that if we do the same thing we get the same results.  He also taught us that if we do something different we get a different result.

I'd like to share with you an idea I've put into action with incredible results, including a distinct sense of PEACE.  I've been sharing it with others with similar results.
